American Indian Studies Minor South Dakota State University
A minor in American Indian studies can be earned by completing an intercollege program of 20 hours academic credit, consisting of 10 credits from
required courses and 10 credits from elective courses.

Engl 352 American Indian Literature of the Present - 3 cr.
Geog 219 Geography of South Dakota - 3 cr.
Geog 520 Geography of the American Indians - 3 cr.
Hist 362 History of the American West - 3 cr.
Hist 368 History of the American Indians - 3 cr.
Lak 102 Introductory Lakota II - 4 cr.
