Remediation Statement
|
Students are responsible for meeting all requirements of South Dakota State University, the College of Education and Counseling, and the Counseling and Human Resource Development Department. More specifically:

 Students must maintain satisfactory academic standing. |
| Students must adhere to the Academic Ethics Policies identified in the SDSU Student Conduct Handbook. |
| Students must maintain the standard of care as outlined in the ACA ethical standards (ACA, 1995). |
| Students must demonstrate functional competence in fulfilling the professional tasks and duties of the discipline. |
| Students are limited to 2 attempts to successfully complete clinical courses: Pre-Practicum, Group, Practicum, and Internship (B or better required). |
