If you have a Career Service employee in your department who has 15 or more years of service and is retiring, there is a Regental recognition policy in place. The resolution of recognition is to be filled out and submitted to the Presidents Office. The Presidents office will include the resolution in the monthly submission to the Regents of Higher Education for their consideration. When approved by the Regents, the resolution will receive a number, official seal and be signed by the officers of the Board. It will then be sent to the appropriate Dean, Director or Department Head, for official presentation to the individual.
