GPA Calculations
The grade point average (GPA) is obtained by dividing grade points by the number of hours attempted. In computing grade point averages all hours attempted (graded A, B, C, D, F) are included. When classes have been repeated, only the most recent attempt is figured into the GPA.
Step one: For each class, multiply the credit hours by the grade points.

Step two: Add up the points.
Step three: Divide the total grade points by the total number of credits.
Step four: To figure your Cumulative GPA follow steps one through three for all of your classes. DO NOT just average your semester/term GPA's.
