What can I do and see on this Website?

• Access class rosters
• Access academic information for advisees, including schedules, course listings, and degree audit evaluations
• Access student profiles
• Release Advising Restrictions for advisees
• Record Grades

How do I log in?

• First time log in:  Select “WebAdvisor for Faculty” and “I’m New to WebAdvisor”.  Follow the prompts to access your user id and to have a temporary password emailed to you.  If you receive the message: “Username not found in the registry.  Please contact your system administrator.”, contact Joyce Kepford at 688-4442 or Tina Pruett at 688-6027.

NOTE:  Students also use WebAdvisor to: register; drop/add courses; and access grades, GPA, enrollment verifications, account balances, and SDePay (where they can see their statement and pay their bill).

• Download class rosters and advisee lists to Excel; includes addresses and email addresses
• List class rosters and advisee lists with student pictures
• Dean and Department Heads can access all appropriate College/Department rosters and student information
• Access unofficial advising transcripts for advisees
• Access Change of Grade Form
• Access student profiles
• Beginning mid-October, access advisee information pertinent to early registration for Spring 2008.

How do I log in?

• Request an account using the “Please set up a new account for me” button on the home page.
• Log in using your Network user ID and password.

NOTE:  Most information on this website is static data that is updated on a regular basis.  However, this website is continually under review, resulting in improvements and a gradual transition to live data.
