Meal Card Administration Fee
For each meal card produced, a $1.50 fee will be assessed, whether the card is used or not. Participants are welcome to keep their card at the conclusion of their conference.
A $10.00 charge will be assessed for all lost cards and included in final conference bill. Individual conference participants will not be charged.
Guaranteed Numbers
A guaranteed meal number for all meals eaten on campus whether buffet or catered is required seven days prior to your group’s arrival on campus. This guaranteed number allows us to prepare for your group by ordering enough product and staffing appropriately to make your stay with us a fabulous experience.
Your group will be charged for the guaranteed number given or the meal count, whichever is higher.
Hobo Dough
Funds may be added to a participant’s meal card in $5.00 increments. Consult the Conference Services Manager for more information.
Tax
A 6% state tax will be assessed unless a tax-exempt certificate is on file with Dining Services.
Catered Meals, Breaks and Special Requests
Special meal requests are welcomed and encouraged. A wide variety of meals or snacks can be arranged and prepared especially for your group’s taste. You are encouraged to ask the Conference Services Manager for more details!
Billing and Payment
For your convenience, you will receive a "pre-bill" for your approval via email or fax within 10 days of your event’s conclusion. Once approved, you will be invoiced and payment is expected within 30 days or interest charges will apply.
